Description
Mosaic blade, forged from a carbon steel packet (M76T, ШХ15, 50А) with nickel added. The unique pattern is obtained by forging the packet with nickel strips between the packet components. This is a very laborious technology requiring the highest smithing skills, allowing for blades with very high performance parameters (blade hardness on the edge 58-60 HRC) and completely unique aesthetic qualities.
Blade in raw state (unsharpened). Partial concave grind, the upper half of the blade ground to a false edge.
