Description
Mosaic blade, forged from a packet of carbon steels (M76T, ШХ15, 50А) with added nickel. Suitable for a dagger and (due to its large size) a spearhead. Double concave grind with bilateral symmetry. The unique pattern is obtained by forging a packet with nickel strips between the packet components. This is a very laborious technology requiring the highest smithing skills, allowing for blades with very high performance parameters (blade hardness at the edge 58-60 HRC) and completely exceptional aesthetic qualities.
