Description
Layered blade from Leonid Vasiliev's workshop. The middle layer, i.e. the core and cutting edge, is made of H12MF steel (Russian: "X12MF"), equivalent to Western D2, with a hardness of 62 HRC. The core covers, i.e. the outer layers, are made of high-quality Russian 95X18 stainless steel. There is a decorative nickel "viper" on the line of joining the layers along the cutting edge. Drop point profile with a straight slope towards the tip, partially hollow grind.
