Description

A tomahawk designed by the Spanish company Martinez Albainox. It is a single piece of 4 mm thick stainless steel with a titanium coating. The handle scales are made from a polymer resistant to external factors such as temperature and moisture. The handle features grooving for a more secure grip even with tactical gloves, as well as two lanyard holes for a paracord wrist loop or a lanyard. The cutting edge has a hollow grind. Weight 568 g.

Note: this is the last unit of this product. It has a nearly imperceptible scratch that does not affect its utility in any way, shown in high magnification in the last photo. The normal price for these hatchets is 240 PLN. Due to the scratch, a 10% discount is applied, making the purchase price for this unit 216 PLN.

The K25 brand belongs to the Spanish company Martinez Albainox, once one of the largest knife manufacturers in Spain. Today, Albainox still designs its own knives grouped into several registered model lines but has moved almost all of its production to China. However, these are still branded products, which means their quality is maintained. In this arrangement, the place of production ceases to be a disadvantage and becomes an advantage, as it allows for an excellent price-to-quality ratio. Albainox knives are mostly made from Chinese industrial steels, in this specific case 7Cr17MoV, which can be an excellent steel with characteristics similar to D2, or worthless junk like in cheap no-name products from AliExpress.
