Description
The blade is made of steel produced by the Austrian company Böhler Uddeholm. Although N690 has been on the market for a relatively short time, it has already established a high position among materials for the production of mid to high-end knives. The blade offered here comes from the forge of Andrei Prikazchikov, one of the best blacksmiths from the Pavlovo-Vorsma region, a Novgorodian center of knifemakers.
The blade is in a raw state (unsharpened). It features a partial hollow grind and has a hardness of 61 HRC.
