Description
A hook-and-loop patch (velcro panel included) of the Special Operations Center (ЦСН - Центр специального назначения) of the Federal Security Service (ФСБ). Established in 1998, it is a dedicated organizational structure within the FSB, reporting directly to the Director. It historically included the famous Alpha Group.
This is a field version, or in military terminology, a "subdued" patch. Instead of the original colors, it uses shades of green, olive, and black to enhance camouflage and blend seamlessly with the field uniform.
