Description
Diamond sharpener for field use. It is a metal rectangle measuring 138x20 mm. Diamond powder with a grain size of 50/40 according to the Russian scale is applied to three-fifths of its length.ГОСТ9206. This means that 75% of the filler consists of grains that pass through a sieve with a mesh size of 50 microns and are retained on a mesh with a size of 40 microns, which roughly corresponds to a 280 grade according to the FEPA scale. Note: abrasive with the same grain size is applied to both sides of the sharpener. I am writing this for those accustomed to markings on double-sided stones where one side has a higher grit and the other a lower grit.
